e-books and e-papers can not be returned to the owner. This is way we can not issue a refund upon the request of our customers. Still, if you request a refund prior of receiving your ordered products - the first lesson of a
course or other likewise items (papers, PDF, ebooks, email assistance) - we issue a refund within 30 days.
