Please read our Refund Policy

Intangible goods such as email courses, e-books and e-papers can not be returned to the owner. Therefore we can not issue a refund on these digital products.

Still, you may request a refund if the ordered item is not the same as the received one. In this case, please send your complaint to customercare@taopage.org. We respond within two business days.

Please note that we don't issue a refund if your email address in not valid or your email provider blocks our messages. You should be sure you are able to receive our messages and if you don't, you must provide us with an email address which is valid.
