Q: Please tell me what course should I start with?

A: This is a good question and the answer depends on what you looking for. This is a short list of interests you may have in studying Taoism.

If you are interested in studying the philosophical approach of yin and yang you must start with the Yin-Yang Philosophy.

If you are interested in studying Lao-tzu - his life and philosophical concept in Tao-te ching -, then the Lao-tzu and Tao-te ching Revealed is for you.

If you wish to step further into the initiation into Taoism you may want to take Taoism Initiation (3 modules). (There's also a discount if you take all the 3 levels at once).

Finally if you intend to practice Taoism you may find a good resource in the Taoism Practice in the Day to Day Life.
